I don't the rules and regulations of Catholic Church but I will explain you the reason in general
1.Marriage is a license for social and sexual life. Sex is a sin as man engage in sex with his own flesh(woman is made from the rib of man refer Genesis)
2. Marriage opens attachments and selfishness.
I would like to make a statement about these Catholic priests that some of them who really felt that sex is sin-they never marry -they are true
Some priests who do not marry as rules never allow them to marry -they are false priests.

They never marry because they follow the WORD OF MAN, Not the WORD OF GOD.
It is written in the HOLY SCRIPTURES:
I timothy 3:1-5

If a MAN desires the position of a BISHOP,he desires a good work. A BISHOP then must to be blameless, the HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE.... ONE WHO RULES HIS OWN HOUSE WELL, HAVING HIS CHILDREN IN SUBMISSION WITH ALL REVERENCE ..

To became a BISHOP in the catholic church you have to be a priest first, so here is the answer, they
follow Man Rules,they can't be better that the old time priestes and they could not be better contradicting the Word of God.
