Judgemental and arrogant sometimes

I think many Christians believe they are God and can judge others, when they do not really know enough to judge someone else. In particular, Christians are often arrogant and scoff at things that they should perhaps think about and learn about before making a judgement upon. Christians often believe that because they are saved, they know everything and have God's authority to decide what's true about everything, and they base these decisions on personal prejudices and pride and shallow, oversimplistic thinking. It's easy to put others down when you don't know what they are suffering or what they have learned and experienced in their lives. I think if we seek to have the mind of Christ, we should humble ourselves rather than so quickly judge, and we should work hard at learning and understanding, instead of focusing so much on our own happiness and so easily dismissing anything we find that is outside of our comfortable, carefree lives.
